SENSORY SWIM – STRESS AWARENESS
Sunday, 19th April – 6pm – 7pm
As part of our commitment to Stress Awareness Month, we have introduced a Sensory Swim session for anyone affected by stress or anxiety.
Find calm, joy and connection in water.
All ages and abilities welcome at this session.
We have family changing rooms and an accessible changing room – if you need to use the accessible changing room, please contact us in advance so that we can minimise any wait time.
Whistles and radio use will be kept to a minimum during this session, and no music is played.
In the changing rooms, hand and hair dryers will be switched off.
Pool capacity is limited to ensure a calm and relaxed atmosphere.
