Our 2026 programme of Dome events kicks off with another fantastic Audience With evening…and this time, we’re joined by self-sufficiency experts and YouTubers, Hugh and Fiona Osborne, who will reveal exactly how they’ve made self-sufficiency work for them in today’s fast-paced world.

Hugh and Fiona lived busy professional lives until they made a life-changing decision to move to the Lincolnshire countryside to live “The Good Life”. Their rural dream has come true – and they’re going to share with us their secrets for growing vegetables and fruit, breeding chickens, making household products, and living simply, but well, to reduce their household bills.

Whether you’re looking to start your own self-sufficiency or smallholding journey, you fancy growing a few veggies or making some preserves or home-made wine, or you simply want to hear how the ‘Good Life’ works in today’s world,  join us for an evening of tips, tricks and stories of how one determined couple have made their Lincolnshire life work brilliantly, and without compromise!
