SENSORY SWIM FOR MENTAL HEALTH

Sunday, 17th May – 8:30am – 9:30am

This Sensory Swim session is taking place on the final day of Mental Health Awareness Week.

Find calm, joy and connection in water.

All ages and abilities welcome at this session.

We have family changing rooms and an accessible changing room – if you need to use the accessible changing room, please contact us in advance so that we can minimise any wait time.

Whistles and radio use will be kept to a minimum during this session, and no music will be played.

In the changing rooms, hand and hair dryers will be switched off.

Pool capacity is limited to ensure a calm and relaxed atmosphere.
