Are your pools heated?
Yes they are, our pools are heated to a balmy 29oC.
Sometimes it’s warmer in the pool than out.
Do I need to book swimming?
No you don’t – whilst the option to book swimming is available and recommended for sunny days during the school holidays, you can just turn up. If we are very busy you might have to queue, but we aim to get everyone in as quickly as possible.

Do you have parking?
Yes we do, the main car park is in front of the pool buildings and an overflow car park just around the corner near our on-site cafe.
Can I bring my dog?
We try to be very dog-friendly at Jubilee Park and welcome our furry friends, we just ask that you keep them on a lead whilst in the park and gardens.
If you’re looking to stay with us in a motorhome, your dog is also a welcome guest – again we just ask that you keep them on a lead.
Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in our pool area.
What are your swimming pool opening times?
We have 2 sets of pool opening times – holiday and term time.

How big is your pool?
We have 2 pools.
The main pool is 33m long and 12m wide. The deep end is 1.7m and the shallow end is 0.9m.
The paddling pool (with huge, fun, tap waterfall) is 12m wide and 11m long. It is 0.3m deep at the shallowest point and 0.6m at the deepest point.
Can I have two cars on my seasonal caravan pitch?
We can only allow 1 car per pitch, but we do have ample free parking in the designated car parks in the park.
What is the amp supply for the motorhome and caravan hookup points?
Our hookups all have a 16 amp supply.
Do you have a motorhome drive over disposal point?
Yes we do, it’s situated in the middle of our field directly opposite the pool reception.
Do you have disabled facilities available for motorhome and seasonal caravan users?
We have a disabled shower room with toilet operated by Radar key – this can be hired from reception if needed.
