Festival of Fun 2026 – Community Stalls

We are delighted that you would like to join us on Saturday 9th May, 2026, for the Festival of Fun in Jubilee Park. Please complete this form, with your community group or organisation’s details. Once submitted to us, your application will be reviewed and if successful,  you will receive an email to confirm your place, with details of how to make payment for your stall.

Display spaces/pitches are measured at 3m x 3m. If you require a larger area, please state this in the description box above. Tables and gazebos etc. are not provided.

Please note:
Organisations need to provide proof of Public Liability Insurance, where applicable, before you will be able to attend on the day.

In order to keep this a viable community (free to attend event) we need to make a small charge of £20 per 3m x 3m stall, other sizes to be agreed.
