Festival of Fun 2026 – Trader Pitches

We are delighted that you would like to join us on Saturday 9th May, 2026, for the Festival of Fun in Jubilee Park. Please complete this form, with your trading details. Once submitted to us, your application will be reviewed and if successful,  you will receive an email to confirm your place, with details of how to make payment for your pitch. Please see our guidelines below, before completing your application.

Display spaces/pitches are measured at 3m x 3m. If you require a larger area, please state this in the description box above. Tables and gazebos etc. are not provided.

Any toys or children’s items must be UKCA-certified.

No food trucks permitted at this event.

Please note:
All traders need to provide proof of Public Liability Insurance, and a risk assessment, before their applications are accepted.

In order to keep this a viable community (free to attend event) we need to make a small charge of £30 per 3m x 3m stall, other sizes to be agreed.
