We are delighted that you would like to join us on Sunday 23rd August, 2026, for the Jubilee Park Food Festival. Please complete this form, with your trading details.

This is an application form – you will receive an email within 21 days to say whether your application has been successful. If successful, you will be sent an invoice for payment. Your space is not reserved until payment is received, along with your PLI and risk assessment.

We will always store your personal details securely. We’ll use them to provide the service that you have requested, and communicate with you in the way(s) that you have agreed to. Display spaces/pitches are measured at 3m x 3m. If you require a larger area, please state this in the description box above. Tables and gazebos etc. are not provided.

Any toys or children’s items must be UKCA-certified.

Please note:
All traders need to provide proof of Public Liability Insurance, and a risk assessment, before their applications are accepted.

Traders who wish to sell alcohol or alcohol-related products will need to apply for their own TEN notice, and provide details of this in advance of the event.

Electricity is not available on site, unless you have prior permission.

Generators are not permitted on site.

Cancellations within 2 months of the event will not be refunded.

We have a policy of limiting the number of each type of vendor, and bookings will be considered on a first come, first served basis.

In order to keep this a viable community (free to attend event) we need to make a small charge of £30 per 3m x 3m stall, and £40 for a food truck or similar, other sizes to be agreed.
