Active Off-Peak: Perfect for Flexible Schedules

Our Active Off-Peak membership is ideal for those who can exercise during quieter daytime hours. With gym access from 9:30am to 4:30pm, you’ll enjoy a more relaxed atmosphere in the gym and a lovely sense of community among fellow daytime exercisers.

This package includes a comprehensive induction and personalised fitness plan to get you started confidently, plus access to three classes per week from our diverse programme. You’ll also enjoy access to the early morning adults-only swim sessions, as well as the general swim sessions 1 and 3.  Those early morning sessions are perfect for getting in those lengths without the hustle and bustle of peak times.

Many of our off-peak members are retirees, shift workers, parents with school-age children, or those with flexible working arrangements who’ve discovered the joy of exercising when the world feels a bit calmer. There’s something rather special about having your workout done before the afternoon rush begins!

Active Standard: The Best of Both Worlds

For those needing complete flexibility, Active Standard membership offers anytime gym access alongside seven classes per week – that’s one every day if you’re feeling particularly energetic! This package includes your essential induction and personalised plan, plus our adults-only swim sessions, and general swim sessions 2 and 3.

This membership suits people with varied schedules who need the freedom to exercise early mornings, evenings, or weekends. Whether you’re squeezing in a quick lunchtime session, joining an evening yoga class, or enjoying a weekend swim, this membership adapts to your life rather than the other way around.

The increased class allocation means you can really explore our fitness programme – from kettlebells and circuit training to Zumba and yoga. The variety keeps fitness fresh and exciting whilst targeting different aspects of your health and wellbeing.

Our Active Anytime membership is the premium package for those who are serious about their fitness journey. With unlimited access to pool, gym, and classes, you’ll never have to ration your enthusiasm for exercise or miss out on a session you fancy trying.

You’ll receive bespoke gym and swimming programmes tailored specifically to your goals, with regular reviews to track progress and adjust your plan as you develop. Plus, twelve personal training sessions throughout the year ensure you’re always learning, progressing, and staying motivated with expert one-to-one guidance.

From April to November, our heated outdoor pool becomes the jewel in our crown.
