Terms & Conditions

1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all swimming lesson vouchers issued by Jubilee Park, Woodhall Spa.
1.2 By purchasing, receiving, or redeeming a Voucher, the holder agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.

2.1 Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Expired vouchers will not be accepted or extended.
2.3 Vouchers must be redeemed before the expiry date by booking lessons through the centre via email ifor@jpws.co.uk OR call (01526) 353478.

3.1 Vouchers can be redeemed for swimming lessons provided by Jubilee Park, Woodhall Spa only.
3.2 Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion.
3.3 Vouchers must be presented physically or electronically at the time of booking or before the first lesson.
3.4 Partially used Vouchers cannot be refunded for the remaining balance.

4.1 Lesson bookings are subject to availability.
4.2 Once booked, lessons may be rescheduled with a minimum of 7 days notice.
4.3 Failure to attend a booked session or provide sufficient notice will result in forfeiture of that session without refund or replacement.
4.4 In the event that Jubilee Park, Woodhall Spa must cancel or reschedule a lesson, you will be offered an alternative date or credit at no additional cost.

5.1 All participants must complete a registration form and disclose any relevant medical conditions prior to attending lessons.
5.2 Participants must follow the instructions of the swim instructor and comply with all pool rules and safety regulations.
5.3 Jubilee Park, Woodhall Spa reserves the right to refuse participation if safety or health concerns are identified.

6.1 Jubilee Park, Woodhall Spa accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury incurred during lessons, except where caused by our negligence.
6.2 Parents/guardians remain responsible for their children outside of lesson times.
6.3 Personal belongings brought to the pool are the responsibility of the participant/parent/guardian.

7.1 Jubilee Park, Woodhall Spa reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
7.2 The version of the Terms in effect at the time of voucher purchase will apply.
