Chief Executive Officer

Linzi Elliott became Jubilee Park’s first fulltime CEO in February 2024.

Linzi has previously worked as an Economic Development Officer at South Kesteven District Council where she was a part of the team that hosted the first Stamford Georgian festival. She’s also been deputy CEO of the Children’s Links Group in Horncastle, and CEO of Melton Mowbray Town Estate, which includes a number of leisure facilities.

Living locally, she knows the park well and is looking forward to sharing your feedback and ideas to shape Jubilee Park’s future success.

Rachael Meller

Operations Manager

Rachael joined us in 2016 and has been integral to Jubilee Park’s success.

Rachael’s experience and knowledge of the leisure industry is second to none! Her career spanning over 20 years makes her the perfect team member to manage all the facilities and the teams for the pool, fitness and training at Jubilee Park.

Fundraising & Volunteer Coordinator

Annette joined the Jubilee Park team in January 2025, and has quickly immersed herself in event organisation, fundraising and volunteer coordination.

Annette’s background in project management, online marketing and digital strategy makes her a valuable asset in developing our fundraising strategy, building a strong volunteer experience and continuing to grow our year-round events and activities programme.

Clare Meller

Business Support Officer

Clare joined the Jubilee Park team in February 2025. She has strong business administration skills and extensive knowledge of the leisure industry. These key areas will support us in developing Jubilee Park.

Clare is keen to use her knowledge to maximise the health, wellbeing and leisure opportunities for the local community.

Lucy Darrington

Health & Fitness Lead

Joining the team as a Fitness Advisor in 2023, Louise brings a strong background in administration and customer service, combined with a long-standing passion for fitness that began in 2010.

With a particular love for running and endurance events, Louise specialises in endurance training and understands the physical and mental demands it involves.

Having personally lived with back issues since she was 13 years old, she is especially attuned to the importance of injury prevention and recovery, helping clients build sustainable, pain-free fitness routines, keeping them mobile and active into later life.

Swim School Lead

Lucy has been part of the Jubilee Park Team for over 3 years. Lucy started with us as a lifeguard and then became a Swimming Teacher and Duty Manager. In February 2025 she completed her Aquacise Instructor qualification and in May 2025 Lucy became Jubilee Park Swim School Lead.

Lucy has 27 years’ experience working in early years and education, ranging from babies to teenagers. A mother to 4 children herself, she is extremely passionate about encouraging young people and adults to learn to swim.

Dave and Shannon – Fitness Advisors

Our fitness advisors have their own specialities from those on exercise referral programmes with medical conditions including diabetes, spinal issues, obesity and joint replacements, to sport specific programmes for triathletes, footballers and tennis players.

Our Lifeguards

All trained to RLSS standard and there to make sure you have a safe, enjoyable, fun day at Jubilee Park swimming pool.
